Les Vergers de Thérèse is an eco-friendly agricultural and touristic project conceived to plant trees, build few huts on a recovered family owned land in in the heart of the city of Batroun. located between the Highway and the Sea to replant trees and construct eco-friendly huts.

Objective

Participate in reforesting and plan trees on lands used today for intensive tomato production in a city to reduce CO2 emissions Plant Avocado, Strawberries, Raspberries, Sumac and grape trees for fruit production, sales and to entertain potential visitors who will pick up themselves the fruits when visiting the land. Attract people and families to spend relaxing time in a plantation, help in maintaining the land while being in an historical city, between the seashore and the mountains to sight see and to discover North of Lebanon. Encourage students to spend their retreat in a quiet environment to study and prepare for their exams Sell the family to sell the artisanal production of our village, i.e.: Oil, Grapes, Arak, etc… in a rustically decorated shop.

Entrance and parking
- Gate, ranch style with a main gate
- A shop of 25 Sqm and an annex of 12 Sqm for bathrooms, with outdoor shaded sitting areas with rustic rounded tables and chairs
Main Land
- 5 huts of 36 Sqm with outdoor shaded sitting areas with rustic rounded tables and chairs
- Trees around the land Raspberries, Artichoke, Sumac, Jasmin trees, Bougainvillier, Pomegranate trees and Bay Leaves for fencing, shading and food
- Avocado trees in the middle, aligned and spaced by 5 m
- Strawberries in between
Huts
- Square wooden eco-friendly huts, with 2 bedrooms, living room with foldable beds, WC, kitchenette, made for 4 to 6 persons.
